For the summer camps, Aspengrove employs 9 staff members, who provide a personal relationship between the camper and staff and offer individual instruction with all activities. The barn staff is composed of previous campers and are selected for specific instructional skills based upon their experience and certifications. Aspengrove strives not only to have counsellors with riding and teaching expertise with horses but who also love children.
