Fill in the Online Registration form.
Click the Send Registration button at the end of the form.
This will hold a spot for you on the dates requested (if they are available)
Print out and fill in the Conditions & Agreement and Waiver forms.
Enter credit card information OR attach cheque to the Conditions & Agreement form.
Mail both the Conditions & Agreement and Waiver forms to the address below:
